Our Approach

Communication is key. We're here for whatever you need. We'll help you solidify your vision and keep in constant contact until your dream is realized!

We know that we have asked the right questions, listened well, and accurately measured and addressed the job needs when we produce a clear, easy to understand proposal of the work, bringing your project to life with design suggestions, 3-D renderings, real floor simulations, window treatments placed on your own windows in pictures allowing you to experience your new space before committing to the job. And because we work with so many vendors you have a choice of materials to ensure we can stay within your budget.

Once you accept the design and quote, we will sign an agreement and take a deposit. We then order the materials and inform you and/or the contractor of the expected arrival time. We are very adept at managing your project from beginning to end. We know when projects are ordered, how long they will take to arrive. We have our own warehouse so no product needs to arrive at your home too early. We will coordinate the delivery and installation of your materials, or coordinate with your general contractor for installation.

Jim comes to the team after spending many years in Boston where he served as VP of Operations for a Regional Credit Union and then he became as a successful Realtor on Sanibel and Captiva. He is a great asset to our clients as he can not only find you your dream home but then he can assist with updates to make it just what you always envisioned your life to be in SWFL.

Eric B, VP Project Management

Eric joins our team bringing deep in industry experience as Operational Manager for another area renovation and remodeling company. His skill set is perfect for Beach Floor and Decor clients as he manages daily operations including schedules, templates, and installations, as well as materials purchasing and most importantly interacting with clients on a daily basis and ensures all needs are met.

Katie N. VP Sales & Service

Katie is the new calming presence you will interact with both on the phone and in email providing detailed updates as to where we are on your particular project or need. She will be working with clients to schedule installs, provide updates, place orders, and most importantly providing a seamless connection between our valuable clients and our contractors and staff. Katie is extremely creative and thrives on making things beautiful. She is looking forward to helping our team write innovative and helpful blogs on all things remodeling.

Marie S, Senior Designer

Marie is a traveler drawing from the many cultures and designers she's found inspiring throughout her journeys. It's likely, that whatever your dream, Marie has experience in making it happen!

She brings years experience with high end brand names such as Hunter Douglas and Ado Fabrics. She has been able to surprise and delight all of our clients with the ability to take their idea and make it come to life.
